GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Warranties & Service Guarantees

We are committed to ensure that our products and services are of a satisfactory quality that meet and comply with the requirement defined in the Sales of Goods Act S14(2).

 

Products

We provide a defect-free guarantee for our products. Defective products will be replaced by an identical product immediately. Where an identical product could not be offered, we will refund the full payment to the customer within 14 days.

 

Services

As the result of our therapeutic treatment and massages varies from customer to customer depending on, among other factors, their state of health and mental condition(s), we are unable to provide any form of guarantee on the desired or consistent outcome(s) of these treatment and massages for every customer. However, we will accede to customer�s request to change the therapist/masseuse should the customer wishes to do so within the first 10 minutes of commencement of the service.

Exchange & Refund

Products

For exchange or refund, the customer may visit our outlet within 5 working days (excluding Sat, Sun and Public Holiday) of purchase with the receipt and product in the original condition with the packaging intact. Exchange of product to a higher value is subject to top up of price difference. No refund will be given for exchange of product to another of a lower value. Refund, where applicable, will be reimbursed to the customer within 14 days.

 

Pay-as-you-use Service

As it is part of our Standard Operating Procedure to confirm the

service(s) and price(s) of our pay-as-you-use services with the customer before commencement of the service, we do not allow exchange of Pay As You Use services once it has started. However, we will accede to customer�s request for a change of the therapist/masseuse within the first 10 minutes of the service. If the customer is still not satisfied with the service after the change of masseuse/therapist, the customer may terminate the service without payment, as long as the termination request is made within the initial first 10 minutes of service commencement.

 

Prepaid Package

We allow exchange of prepaid package(s) within 1 year from the date of purchase. Any exchange of prepaid package to another of a higher value is subject to top-up in the price difference of the two packages. However, we do not provide refund for exchange of prepaid package to another of a lower value except if the exchange was made within 5 working days (excluding Sat, Sun and Public Holiday) of purchase.

For refund of prepaid package(s), the customer may visit our outlet within 5 working days (excluding Sat, Sun and Public Holiday) of purchase with the receipt. As our prepaid package is priced at a discounted rate, customers who had already consumed portion of the prepaid package will be accorded a refund after deducting the regular price of the prepaid package treatment that the customer had already consumed. The balance will be returned to the customer within 14 days. We do not accord refund to customers who wish to cancel their prepaid package(s) after the 5-working day (excluding Sat, Sun and Public Holiday) cooling off period. However, the management will consider appeal on such matter on a case-by-case basis.

 

Validity of Prepaid Packages

Our prepaid package(s) expires 12 months from the date of purchase.

Payment Method

We accept CASH, NETS and Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners only) for all our products and services:

We regret that we do not accept any form or denomination of foreign currencies.

Deposits

(Minimum sum, Forfeiture and Refund)

We require a minimum of 50% of the package price for deposits.

Deposits will be forfeited after 90 calendar days from the date of deposit or if the balance is not paid by the next visit (excluding the first 5 working days), whichever is earlier.

For refund of deposits, the customer may visit our outlet within 5 working days (excluding Sat, Sun and Public Holiday) of purchase of the package with the receipt. Customers who had already consumed portion of the packaged services using their deposits will be accorded a refund after deducting the regular price of the treatment that the customer had already consumed. The balance of the deposit will be returned to the customer within 14 days. We do not accord refund of deposits to customers who wish to cancel their deposits after the 5-working day (excluding Sat, Sun and Public Holiday) cooling off period. However, the management will consider appeal on such matter on a case-by-case basis.

Confidentiality of customer data

We will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that our customer�s personal information will be kept in a safe and secure manner and that no unauthorized access to the information will be allowed.

Personal information provided to us will be used for treatment purpose only. We will seek your consent before we use your personal information to update you on our products and services.
